When driving on the M1, has anyone noticed that the further you drive north, the darker the weather and surroundings get?

I have just looked at a satellite image of the UK, the north is covered with cloud and all the land mass looks grey and desolate, also the surrounding sea areas look brown with the stain of sewerage and human faeces. The south looks green and clear with no cloud the sea is blue and everything is happy. People are well off down here I believe people up north struggle to keep there council houses.

Yesh this is true. North of, and including luton, there are lots of plane and train crashes with much death and gloom. Take Lockerbie for example. That was all death. When was the last time any DEATH happened below Luton?

They kick dirty needles and syringes as they walk along the hard shoulder.

They are clothed in Penn Sport Athletic clothing straight out of Sport Soccer.
