I've got a contant bunged up nose and itchy eyes. Been to see the Doctor who gave me some one-a-day tablets. This was on Thursday and things still haven't cleared up!!
Is this gonna last all summer
Alex.

I'm on "New Era - A Homeopathically prepared biochemic remedy" Meant to take 4 at a time 3 times a day, but if it's bad, increase to every half hour !!
So i normally take about 8 at a time
They workd last year, but seem shite this year, gonna get some Benadryl

My eyes are normally miles worse than anything else, but my nose has been really bad this year, Depends on the pollen, and grass, or whatever it is that triggers Hayfever i guess.
Was in Chester last year, industrial estate mainly and the New Era things were fine, hence the reason i bought them this year... But i'm in Derby now, and there's a few more plants around and i'm dying. Pain in the arse, so Benadryl it's gonna be methinks

oh yeah forgot to mention the Benadryl Plus are even better if not a little pricey. They do sort your runny beak out though
