Yep, you can imagine them stopping people and checking if they have been breaking any speed limits and then screwing them over.

Did you hear about the similar idea to this but in where all cars are located on GPS and everything about them can be monitored??

yup, it was to do with an insurance scheme i believe.. insure as you drive.. so they would follow u constantly on gps! what a bad idea that would be!
