..Right how about a challenge, see lots of people bragging about how quick their cars are etc. Why not set a date where we can goto the Pod and find out whos talking shit and who isn't?

this is a plan. Have to plan this way in advance so everyone can be there, we could maybe all chip in and hire brunters for the day or something? Would make a good feature too

1.2 Sxi POWER!
Current best is 19.2 1/4 mile with 0.85 approx reaction time (can't remember the exact figures off the top of my head)
I reckon I can do a bit better
I want to race some 1.4's up the strip!

As long as you people saying 'My cars nothing special but I'll have a go' don't do what a load of people at PV 2003 did. They took one look at the Astra GTE Turbos etc going up the strip and didn't want to take theirs up.
Would be cool to actually have like competitions for CS members like different classes...
e.g. a 1.2 Class - Best reaction time, Best 1/4 mile
1.4 Class - Best reaction time, Best 1/4 mile
1.6 Class - Best reaction time, Best 1/4 mile
2.0+ Class - Best reaction time, Best 1/4 mile
would be good!
would be good to see some of the lower classes beating the ones above too! e.g. 1.2's beating 1.4's, 1.6's beating 2.0's etc...

yup!
Then collect everyone's time slips to prove their times... then put em in a table and show who was the overal winners in each class
perhaps have each from each class chuck in a little bit of money into the pot and have prize's to the winners!

Sounds good, Bruntingthorpe would be good. Could have top speed runs then too which is nice. The class idea is a good plan, have classes for other makes too say 2.0, Turbo over 2.0 bla bla so it's all fair. Maybe have a trophy/prize for the fastest car on CS?

Agreed, would be a very good idea, and to have classes would also be good. Lets people with smaller engines still enjoy the day, and is fair competition.
Count me in
