hard if u aint got the torques bits for the seat bolts! basically if its the standard saeats, there are two bolts situated at the back of the frame, one on each side, push your seats forward and you should see them, they come out then the seat should be moved forward off the hooks its held in by at the front, then the seats out, dont forget though if youve got seat belt tensioners to put the red safety clip in!

torx bolts,
any tool store should have em,
but you have to check which size u need,
make sure u put the saftey clip in the tensioners while taking the seats out.

get some good quality torx bits mind, i bought some crap ones and the seat bolts were in mine real tight, had some glue on

mine needed a 7mm allen key for one of the bolts, check you dont need one of them too

what value torx bit do u need,
i tried T25, and its not grippin' need something bigger.
does any one know what the number??

nylox (spellings) it's a killer, at least vauxhall came up with a good way not to get your seats out
