dell sell this laptop for £924, the processor maybe slighltly slower but the you get 512MB RAM.

its affordably lightning fast but has since been sold. its not just the clock speed which makes it fast; the board bus has a factor of 512mhz which coupled with the pipeline burst on-chip cache of 512kb is pretty decent. so there.
