it is infact my 1.2 8v doin nearly a ton (on the clock)!! I mean what the hell is goin on here. it had nothing to do with the very steep long hill i was going down or the tail wind mind you

L reg mate.....early 1994......but the engine is still as mint as they get never let me down (touch wood), starts every time, never had a prob with it, revs nice and smooth and pulls a ton on 16"s. shudnt complain really, but it is TEDIOUSLY slow.

remember, this is a 1.2 8v with a F10WR box.......wider ratios than other corsa like the sport/sri/gsi that all had close ratio boxes.

This means that 100mph in a SRi would prob be 4.5k. At 50/60mph, it basically means the f10 recieves far greater fuel consumption

nah....power band on mine finishes around 4k......so there u go!

Erm the above pic must be a SXi which had the closer ratio box (F13CR i think), and so higher revs.

Drew - yeah it does, but puttin std bumpers back on next week
