I have my MOT due in a couple of weeks.
I only bought the car about 3 months ago from vauxhall with full 12 months network Q status.
If anything comes up on the MOT (except obvious things like tyres and exhaust) due you think it will simply be covered on my 12 month network Q gaurantee?

If its a fault with the car such as for example wheel bearings, it should be covered.

Network Q warranties aint worth the paper they are written on. You will find it only covers limited items, and even then they will try to say its down to wear and tear.
How come you only got 3 months ticket with it anyway, or is this gonna be its first test?

You mean you bought a used car from an approved Vauxhall Network Q dealership, and they never put a full 12 months ticket on it? That seems a bit strange to me, I would of expected a ful mot personally.

Service history means nothing, they just make them up.
My last car was a '96 Astra Sport. I bought it from an approved Vauxhall dealership local to me. It was sold with full service history.
My car had a private plate that began with the letter "K". The service book began in 1993, THREE YEARS BEFORE THE CAR WAS MADE!
I think that they had to make up a history for it, so a mechanic looked out the window, saw the K plate and assumed it was a '93 model.
I went back to the dealer shouting and yelling, threatening them with all kinds of legal action. In the end, they offered me a VERY good deal on the car if I handed back the dodgy service book, in fact, it was so good I couldn't refuse.
