I got a new horn for my Corsa C. It was half of the twin horn out of a Vectra. It sounds a bit weird, like the horn out of french cars. Ideally i want a horn that sounds like its out of a german car such as BMW, Mercedes etc.
Does anyone know what horns from Vauxhalls sounds good that aren't twin tone ones. Also does anyone know if i actually got a BMW or Mercedes horn if the wire would be the same connection?

Yes but how many wires power them? Does each horn have a wire going to it, or does 1 wire power both?

I ordered the lights when i got my horn today, i'm going to pick the lights up tomorrow and return the horn at the same time
Anyone know if an air horn will work on my car? And if they sound good and are legal?

Beemer horns will be twin tone. Ive got a twin tone off a vectra on mine, and it sounds so much better than the shitty standard one
Not really that hard to do, just need a tiny bit of a loom so that you will have an extra connecting block to plug into the second block. If you dont want to mess with your witring (guessing thats why you dont want to go to a twin tone), why not get a third shit horn, smash it up, and just take the female multiplug off it. If you then solder two other male multiplugs, connected to a short length of wire, onto the back of the female one, you'll be able to feed both horns, without actually cutting the original wiring loom. So really all you've done is made an adaptor tom make the one male connector into two male connectors.
When you need to take it to the garage, unplug the modded bit of wiring, and just plug the one horn in

Why would you want to plug the original one back in once changed?
Id also like a better horn...where did you fit yours, inner wing?

I was under the impression he wanted to keep the wiring standard, as he's proberbly got a 3 year warranty, and messing with wiring looms is not gonna get you greeted with open arms.
Mines in the original position behind the grille, but it was a right pain in the ass to get in place, as theres virtually no clearence

How much did it cost? And was the wiring on it simple?
