ive seen it done on a c20xe

but i have a 1.4 8v spi ive found a pipe that looks to do the same job as the c20xe

can i do this mod to my engine??

hardly worth it on yours mate

and i didnt have a oil breather running into the airbox on my 1.4 spi

did you jus block it off at the top on the black box bit?

can you notice a difference?

might make the engine run a biot smoother but not gonna get and gg's from it

dont block it off. if its blocked it theres a chance u would end up building up presaure and blowing ya oil cap off!

ive got a breather filter for it on the rocker cover

just on the other end the big black box thats ontop of the inlet manifold. do i block that off? like on the c20xe

You would have to block it off at the other end or you'll have a big air leak after the filter.

Cant see any advantage of this except for spraying oil around your engine bay and putting smelly fumes into your engine bay rather than burning them.
