What do you have to do to get test drives?

I was wondering this the other day... Do you reckon anyone can get a test drive, or do you have to be a certain age with a load of cash that you keep flashing about

I badly wanna go touring the country just test driving cars at different places, like CTRs, Scoobys, Ferraris, Zondas (hehe) etc
