any one know a good set of neon that will go in the foot wells at front?? will wire them up direct to battay and not cig lighter so starter will need to be in the non tubes!!

any one got some fitted and got any pics??

how easy are they to fit??

how much they set you back?? i ben told about £20 this about right??

dont bother with neons, get some cold cathodes, and be a bit different. Im gonna replace my neons with them when i get some £. Look at www.coolcasemods.com, they sell em there. Designed for computer cases, so also run on 12v.

try my tutorial there is a pic there and they are wired up to the fuse box so they come on wen u turn the key and go off wen u take the key out.

Is it easy to put a switch to em, as id only want em on at night! Or whenever i feel like seeing some neons lol!

but if you decide to forget ur battery is dead in the morning! trust me! u cant even see em in the day time anyway!

you need some chequer plate flooring to mirror them and you will get an amasing effect mate

I had some chequer plate flooring in my old 205 once, but they were too slipery, took em out after two days!

I made up a string of ultra bright leds and fitted them in the footwells, they looked very good, can also used in doorpockets rear hatch etc.
I might make a few more up and maybe sell a few on here

cathodes r fragile yes... god knows how many I've broken, but alot come in acrylic housing now, I've yet to break on of them *touch wood*
