cos i when i click on the new messages thing it shows me a red circle with a diagonal line through it, kinda a no entry sign thing lol

You must have a program to stop pop ups. U have to disable the pop up program to open ur u2u's. Should be in the tool bar by the time. Mines a picture of a hand?

either an ad blocker or you mite be going through a proxy server thats disabling access, the latter is unlikely tho
