Turbo Zet, Peco BB4, drilled air box, that should be sufficent for 150bhp.

Patricks engine will save you money but i'd go for a S.B developments TB165 kit which gives you.....165bhp.
Also it gives you scope for further tuning in the future.

Ive got 143bhp at standard rev limit for velos plenum + unichip for £1100 fitted.
Im going to the plenum + dta combination next week which should see me back at 147bhp at 7000rpm.
Throttle boddies will give 150bhp+ with a de-cat for £1900+ fitted but you may hav cold starting problems.
Depends on how much you want to spend really.

Errr.....Why wouldn't TB's be unreliable?

All your doing is unbolting your original(restrictive)injection system and fitting an unrestrictive one.

Your car could become less reliable if you fit cams etc because you'll need to rev it higher to get the extra power.

The SBD TP164 is the only mod your engine needs.

Depends what you want.

Fitting the 1.6 16v is a better long term option.

Depends on your age too, a 2.0 16v XE is handy too.
