my m8 was at maidstone crown court yesterday to find out wither hes guilty or not, 7 of them got busted by doing the tax man out of 20 million, still nto heard how he got on yet though.
so dont brign to much lol

I got caught bringing 8000 fags back from gran canaria in Feb, they said that I either have to pay the duty on them, or take a warning and leave them!
So took the warning as duty was over £200!

It is not your responsibility to prove they are for personel consumption. It is the responsibility of Customs to prove that they are not for personel consumption, something it is very difficult to do!

I always thought it was more than 800 mate, I know its 200 when its not in the EU, such as Gran Canaria!
