When I return to a page on here it doesn't update it self like it usually does. How do I fix this?? Is it something to do with my security settings

found how to fix it.
Go into your internet preferences,the internet properties and under temporay files click setting. Then set this to update everytime you visit the page.
Then your done

yes mine does that - so i dont use back - i just click on the general chat link at the top - and it refreshes it

I still reckon pressing F5 is better
