my friend has a astra 1.4 3 door n plate
now the heater blower doesnt seem to be putting out any air on no 1 and 2
but 3 and 4 work
i changed the switch for one from the scrappy
and it still doesnt work
what else cold be causing this not to work?

also is the corsa 4 speed switch the same as the astra one?
so i could put my switch in if it works then its the switch right?

its not the switch... as ainsley_brader
said its the bit on to blower... and i cant for the life of me find my haynes manual to tell u where bouts the part is onit :/

Mine broke on the nova. I just changed the whole motor - £10 from scrappy.
Its in the engine bay right at the very back.

I think the astra one may be under the dash but not sure without checking.
I thought you had tried the switch?
Would still bet its the regulator/resistor.

is the resistor soldered on or plug in?
jus so i know what to take with me when i go to fix it

it will be plug on, usually clip onto the side of the motor or very close by.
