nightshift Started at 8.30 last night & finished at 6.
Worrying thing is I feel wide awake & i've been awake with no sleep since 8am yesterday ( 22 hours)

I always take a few hrs after n/s to 'come down' sort of thing b4 I go to bed ...
Soon as I walk out I am usually wide awake too.

theres a spell where to even out the unsocial payments i have to do 3 12 h dayshifts then 3 days off then 3 12h nites then 3 days off then 3 12h days! its a killer but i like dayshifts cos i can watch late night poker on uk living!

When i get in from nights i normally go to the gym, and then go home and by then i'm fucked!!!!!
