was looking for a site that makes up number plates to how ever u want them done my father has just brought himself a new plate. but does not want it in the style it comes in do u no anywhere on the internet that makes up plates he wants spaces in different places but DVLA and halfords will only do it to the legal way HELP NEEDED?!?!
