Do you go for walks and get drinks of water all the time?? It's 11.00 and I've had 18 cups of water and drunk 17 of them.....

i go mad at work, my brain starts doing too much of nothing and i end up having a spliff and then feeling tired, so i have a coffee, then feel too alert................its a vicous circle, i go home each day feeling like i've had a heavy night out..

Ive got about 20 websites which i randomly go on when im bored, go out for lunch or to the Gym smoke a zoot if ive got some and go toilet about 10times and play snakes on my fone whilst listening to the radio.

I use CAD some times which package is yours? I understand why you get so board, using CAD all day slays me!
