I have two amps in my car running two 12" subs, it all sound wicked for about 10- 15 mins then the inline fuse on the positive wire from the battery blows. Im using a 15 amp fuse, should i just put a bigger fuse in or could it be that the positive wire needs to be thicker? Any help much appreciated. Gav

depends on what power amp your running, usualy run the same size fuse as in side the amp.
i have a 1600 watt amp with 2x30amp fuse's, ive had to put a straigh throught power cable cause it melts 30amp fuse's, and i cant be arsed to wire it up to a glass fuse cause i need about 60 amp

Use ohms law to work out the total amps.
~Ohms law =
P
I V
So add up the total power for both amps and devide by 12v that will give you the ammount of amps
