Next dilema.
My car is obviouslly written off as yous know, but i have now found the v5 registration document and realise that he car is still registered under my mother (who i still live with). I am on my own insurance, and kinda worried that this is going to cause me problems???

What do i do???

I think when i got my insurance out, i had to state that the car was registered in my name, however, for one reason or another, the document was never sent away. So any other input folks???

I would send it off now. you can get fined a lot of cash and the insurance could claim that your details were fraudulent
