i no usually internet quotes are way out......but in my experience they only usually over quote......

i got quoted between 800 and 1000 and when i phones i got it for 897 fully comp so id say it was pretty accurate

Yea, they quote for anything but then won't cover on most things till 21. If its a reasonable insurance group though, when you phone it can be cheaper.
