Hi,

I have a corsa life, c, n plan to get sum 17's next week wen i get sum cash...so Ineed sum advice!! Wat rims do u reckon suit the corsa c the best and wat offset and width wld go straight on to my car? It hasn't been lowered yet either...All advice much appreciated, cheers.

personal preference at the end of the day but i like mine and i think they suit really well! pics in garage

As Chris said it comes down to personal preference at the end of the day.

The only think I can think of that might help you it too take a pic of you car and then open it in photoshop and keeping putting alloys on it untill you find the ones you like

as for offset, et45 are fine, even when lowerd 30mm.

do you not need any arch work for 30mm lower on 17's et45??

I'd imagine you'd be alright going 40mm on 17"s - any more and you'll find that the inner rear arch lip might catch a bit - thats easily sorted though.

the alloys are ok, but i fancy a change, i really wanna get hold of the wheels from the newer SRI (5 spoke fan blades) in My opinion they are alot better, its just a shame Vauxhall have had em on back order for 3 months

17" lowered 30mm is fine mate, and ive got a hell of a lot of weight in the back now, no peoblems at all.

Ive got 17" TSW Zenons, look great on me car with all the kit an body done, but would looks silly on standard IMO...

ive got 'Diablo Racer' 17x7's et42 with 205/40/17 Falken Ziex. No scubbing probs at all

i got 17's on mine, and i think they look pretty nice, they are nt like recent alloys but, i dont think it matters how old they are really!

I got 17's et 37 lowered 30 or 35 can't remember and only rubs with full car and when i drive fast

Moi down about 50mm on 17s! no arch work
