Coz turbos on engines that wernt built or ment to be turbo'd lead to all sorts of problems with engine an turbo itself.

mantzel experimental supercharger kit is going for £1000
they say it would give ~ 112bhp standard, but with headwork and cam fetteling should see 120+bhp
this kit has a bypas valve to stop the supercharger overboosting at high engine speed. the bypass feeds the air back to the airbox side of the compressor but you could fit an atmospheric dumpvalve to serve the same porpoise.

they were planning to do one but got as far as the tuv road test when they decided that market demand was not high enough to produce the kit and so decided to shelve the idea.
but the kit has been road tested and there is only the one. go to www.mantzel.de and speak to them.
I was interested in buying the kit but am way too skint at the moment to take it myself.
They say courtenay (their UK agent) would make a good job of fitting it for you.

It would be cheaper to put a C20Let engine in than turbo your 1.2 Someone will make a kit for putting one in a corsa C.

Dont even bother. IT will be off the road more than it will be on. MEGA unreliable, 100miles to a tank of fuel and still slower than a Sport 1.6. If you are going to spend all that money, just get another corsa with more BHP as standard and start from there. Turbo'ing a Corsa 1.2 will be a HUGE waste of money.
