Just got my new Pioneer (DEHP77MP) headunit into my corsa c now!! Sounds so much better than standard one!!
Only thing is that the silver I sprayed the facia plate with is quite alot lighter than the dash! Doh! But looks better than just black IMO.
Next just need a nice sub in my boot coz already got JL components and Infinity 6x9's.
I've been looking at Apline subs, whats the difference between the type S and type R subs. They look same apart from the prices!!

hey m8. headunit looks good! why didnt you buy the adaptor that already comes in silver? i read that it was also a different shade to the dash but only on newer models.

Spray it with Vauxhall Smoke Silver Metallic. 95% match. You will only notice the difference in certain lights.

Shaun - couldn't find the silver one anywhere, so just sprayed the black one which looks alrite.
dazz25 - facia plate was bout £12.50 from halfords in black then just sprayed it silver.

its a straight swap, all u need is an adaptor for the arial!

Yer all ya need is the arial adaptor + a new facia plate to make it fit in the dash!
I am getting the adaptor to make it work with the SXi steering wheels controls in the next week!

The surround is far closer to the right colour in real life.

ChazSXi - it works with all Pioneer HU's that are compatable with the pioneer infra-red remote.
Noonster19 - The infra-red eye thingy is just next the gear stick and handbrake. In that centre bit!
