Going for a single exit straight through to the manifold, most probably 5" wide oval exit - cost £240 + vat - i wanted a single 5" oval wide exit on each side but it was about £400 but im skint after holiday!

Any other suggestions on what exit style to get? And any pics? Im booked in Saturday morning.

No, oxidation with Powerflow IS to do with the grade of stainless steel they use (grade 409, which barely has enough chromium in it to be even classed as stainless-steel). It is DESIGNED to obtain a "light" coating of rust all over the entire surface. This is supposed to happen with ALL Powerflow systems, I've NOW been told. It would have been very nice to have been told this BEFORE I ordered the system in the first place...
