Students aged 18years of age and over on the official start date of the course are entitled to a bursary for a single course or programme only. No award may be made to you in view of your previous further education bursary. However, your tuition fees will be met should you wish to fund yourself through this course of study.

the bold part
fees will be met??
that mean if i pay them or they will pay them
