What would be required to convert a SXi

Rollcage
15" White Alloys
Stripped Out
Buckets and Harness
Exhaust
Dials and Internal Styling Tweeks
Coilovers
Brakes

any thing else and how mush to you think it will cost (all DIY)

rally corsa are 1.6 on throtle bodys

under engine cover
engine/fuel cut off switch
2 x fiberglass wings (standard)
2 x fiberglass doors
1 x fiberglass boot lid
1 x full plastic window set
1 x carbon fiber bonnet
LSD Quaife
Quaife box
all the brakes and lines/pumps etc uprated (4pots)

for engine spec read Andy corsa 1.6 16v at 250bhp per ton

You`ll need pvd fitting kit. I would also budget some rebuild bits for the engine possibly as well.

It really depends on what you want to use it for.

Spinning about town,track days or are you actually going to get into rallying?

If you want to actually go rallying, what are you going to do? Road rallies, tarmac or forest?

Once you've decided the above, then start thinking about how to build the car. You cant just throw a few fancy bits together and expect to have a rally car.
