If for example you went from 13" to 17" wheels, would your car sit lower to the ground, higher or no different??

You can calculate it by halfing the rolling radius of the new and old tyres.
http://www.paspeedo.com/calculator.htm - try this.
My car for example would be .405 inches higher on 16"s

So for example what would be the difference with this:
19's 215 35 19
17's standard size??
Bit confused! Thanks

Well lets use 205/40/17 as an example, basically the 19s would be bigger. Here's a good site where you can see the size difference: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
