My fault. Mate (Wez on that forum) was saying how slow all corsas are. Thought id show him the vid of AK's 0-80 run, and remind him that thats £1500 of conversion . He was quite impressed

It certainly shut him up. Only problem is he keeps bugging me to get the conversion done, which is great, but im 18
18 + 2.0 16v = Insurance Co.
I also showed him your old car when i first learnt about it and he couldnt get his head around the standard corsa/crazy fast concept

Dave,
Here's the GPS trace of your car doing 124.96 knots (just on 143mph) when Chris went out with you at Brunters.

IIRC you went out later on with the Datron gear on and did the quicker time?
Can you also please explain to that idiot rattling on about digital dashs that the display is only as accurate as the gearbox sender, which as we all know is not at all accuate!

I went quickest the first time out, 147.9mph.
I think Alan106 has delusions of grandeur, his birds car engine is probably near standard, he's now sayng his speedo was reading 148mph which i'm sure it was but my point is that his car aint doing 148mph.
He cant seem to get his head round that.... some people eh, you just cant tell em.
Feel free to tell him about the sender, he doesn't seem to grasp what i'm trying to tell him...
