are a big pile of fucking money bollocks.

Went into Bell & Colvill at 8am this morning, collected their minty green corsa (little did I know what I was letting myself into there, more of that later)... continued into work.

Received a phone call at 5pm to say it was ready, so I left work early, headed straight into the traffic and....Ive never yet driven a car that makes you branded a 'c**t'. During my 5 miles journey to B&C I got cut up about 8 times, nobody, but nobody lets you out, you want to change a lane, the suddenly 15 cars in that lane all bunch up at you and leave you standing to move in at a crawl. People mouth stuff and everything... It took half an hour to do 5 miles. Needless to say I do this journey everyday, even in my old car it wasnt that bad and in the Elise it just never happens - ever. People are always courteous no matter how hot it is, they let you in / out etc. Ive told my other half that if she even considers buying a Corsa, thats it - Over

ps handles shit too. Like jelly on a plate.

Speedo overreads like fcuk too. 90 on speed is about 75 lol

Corsa C.

Also own a Ka 1.3 67hp. Never get any treatment like that in it.

Also will get a SportKa this year - quality cars.

Maybe the 1.8 is better, but its just how everyone treated me on the road for being in a minty green car corsa.

Tis true though, what you drive does affect the way other people on the road treat / judge you.

Most obvious example is if your in a small engined car and your on the mway people will sit on your ass no matter what speed your doing just to get passed, if only to then continue at the speed you were doing.

I hate it when blokes in powerfull cars pic on you, u slow down to let em pass but they will just sit on your tail, had this with a M5 BMW, 03' scooby WRX STI, and an audi s3 in the last 3 weeks, was't like i was speeding or anything, just don't like my car i guess.

The steering of a KA is direct and akin to that of my dads Porsche Boxster S. Where you steer it goes and you feel the road. The Corsa is squoogy and there is no communication between driver and road - feedback. All fords these days are excellent drivers' cars.

The Sportka is an excellent chassis and can do 0-60 in 9.7s. Looks good as standard. Only complaints from tests are that it could handle more power.

I dont think X3DOS should be on this forum.
True, the Ka does have better steering feel, but thats where it ends. I would'nt swap my C SXi for a coal powered hairdresser mobile.
