hiya all
prob with me laptop runnning win2k. everytime windows starts everyfink works fine for bout 5minutes and then i get an error message sayin svchost.exe has closed itself down and then everyfink goes tits up.......cnt open links, cant get into hotmail, control pannel goes awol etc.....ne solutions to this?
i try restarting svchost.exe but to no avail.
could i possibly have that bastard worm thing?
any help greatly appreciated b4 i have to do the dreaded reformat to sort it out!

1. Fdisk the drive
2. Re-install win 2k
3. Sell your laptop
4. Click here

Seriously if you wipe the drive using win2k install prog i.e. delete the partition and remake the partition and then re-install it should be fine. If this doesn't work then its a hardware problem.
