Has anyone had the problem of when they start their car up it after a second cuts out and when you try to start it again it does the same thing?
I fitted a K&N 57i Induction kit to my Sxi and didn't replace the flexible air intake hose (the one which comes from the long part just behind the radiator - the one which used to feed the cold air into the airbox - do I need to re-fit this when I refit my K&N?
Cheers

the air feed probably hasn't got n e thing to do with it cause it will on work when the car is moving.
although you need some air feeds to get air to yor filter.

Hi
thanks for your replies guys
No i didn't reset the ECU? when I fitted the 57i kit, firstly I probably wouldnt know how to do this and secondly i dont know alot about engines - maybe someone could tell me exactly how to fit the kit - cos the instructions which came with it aren't exactly the best ones i've seen before.
Thanks guys

take it off, get a K&N panel filter or similar, then drill some choice holes in the air box.
This should achieve the required sound and maybe even a performance increase. But the 150mph top speed is enough for an SXi IMO
