im gonna fit a 16v 2 litre
what fixed suspension is best i want a 60/40mm drop but i cant afford coilovers or adjustables
its gotta handle spot on for day to day use around country lanes etc

Can you get non-adjustable Konis? Youd have to get high poundage springs for the front...when are you thinking of doing it?

suspension end of this year
fitting engine end of next year
but im getting all knowledge and bits i need as i afford em them fit it all in

I think you may struggle however to get it to handle really well, maybe a 1.6 16v is better idea?

Id say Koni...couldnt you just buy the shocks and get some springs made to cope with the 2.0 ?

Youll be talking mega money then. Koni shocks and some custom springs from someone like Leda or Courtenay should be fine. Also get a lower strut brace perhaps...
