recent bought front upper, lower and rear

rear fits ok, looks a bit unstable tho, aint noticed a difference as im running coilovers set on max but ive used it to hook harnesses off so i dont have 2 dig up the false floor (i know its not safe)

front upper wont fit over battery (got an astra diesel one, very big)

front lower looks like it will fit but sits under exhaust and very close to it?

any ideas?

cheers

ps - supernova is the make

Buy a smaller compact bettery? Didnot someone ahve like an £80 ultra light battery on here?

Can you put rubber on the lower brace so it cushions any knocking on the exhaust? or is this silly talk?

I got the same set Marv............I also own a 1.2 8v.................

Front - Mine went STRAIGHT on.........however, ur gonna have to change batteries for urs to fit.

Front Lower- Doesnt touch exhaust, however may cause probs with valver, just needs bending slightly.

Rear- Straight on, but gonna hold damper rod with grips to stop it spinnin as u tighten nut

So the car is never driven on the road? There is no point whatsoever in fitting the lower strut brace then.
