The day i first got my car, i went to put fuel in it, but coz i put the nozzle in at such a silly angle, i bloody wrecked the little green safety tab thing inside (knocked + jammed it on its side  )
Its been fine, i just fill the car slowly. not too much of a prob! but before i sell it, i would like to fix this. Anyway, the question is......HOW do i get inside the filler neck? I can reach the green "hatch" thing, and i cant see any access points to it elsewhere!!
Any ideas?

same problem mate there is no way u can get it out u just have to replace thye whole filler neck thet cost about £45

how far down is it? this happened to me but i fished it out with some wire

make sure you fish it out with copper wire so there is no chance of you getting a spark and igniting urself
