TBH buddy, i would do things in this order.
* Get your self a Inlet manifold first should see u pushing at 125bhp from ur 109bhp (think the average price is around the 400-450ish mark)
* Next upwould be the suspension, 40mm drop + new polyurathane bushes should see u cornering like colin mcrae!!
Next up would be light weight alloys and maybe a few subtle styling mods (would require more then 900 tho!!!

Depends what you want Ali Mc, do you want it to look good or go good? I agree that lowering with wheels should be first though.

any local (decent) car moding shop should be able to get u some (ur looking at about 120ish for all 4 tho) but they will really improve the old worn out items that car will currently have

ta m8. i haven't really looked into this, so is it easy to do.
i lowered my car myself on just springs so i've seen the fronts ( i think) and need to change the dampers soon-ish.
is just a question of swaping them round?
they are on/near the dampers, right?
another thing, are these bushes the same as the ones advertised in deomon-tweeks?

velos torque tube is 250 for a 25% increase in power, so like 25 bhp.
apex 60mm is not 60mm, i know from experience, the bks about 30 and the front is less than 60.
yes drill the airbox, it will actually go quicker rather than slow down which is what induction kits do.

I want it to look good...but mainly speed.
One of them manifolds wud be good but aint they a bit expensive?
I seen an induction system that adds 15bhp for 05380....whats that?
How much wud Pro Race 1's be?
Cheers

15" pro race 1's or 2's are only a little more than every other team dynamics wheels. plus they weigh about half as much.
250 for a manifold is damn cheap.

Polly bushes are a pain in the arse to fit. I didn't notice a difference when I fitted mine. They go where the tie bar joins the front of the car, where the track control arse joints the car, where the rear beam joints the car and on the arb's. You really need to take the tca's/tie bars off to fit them, fitting the new ones is easy, taking the old ones out in a huge pita.
