Let her buy you out. No point being a twat about things, what's done is done. Just sell up and move on!

A house for 34K, just because you got a mortgage for this doesn't mean you pay half of this! If I unstand rightly to buy you out she has to give you half of whats been paid on the house plus half of any "profit" made on the house, even if it's not been sold i.e.

You bought it for 34k it's now worth 40k, then she has to pay you 3k (profit) and half of what you've paid, so say you'd paid £4k, she owes you 2k, plus get her to pay any solictitors fees incurred!

It's hard ain't it
I've bought a house with my bloke and it gets complicated if we were to split now (not that I want to, I love him to bits) but it's not as easy as just walking away. You stand to loose it all and a broken heart is a higher price to pay than a few thousand on a house!

Good luck mate but, she's made her bed, let her lie in it and just do what you have to now to make yourself happy!
