Quite happy. Idles spot on now, and my fueling has been sorted.

Good increase in torque and bhp Seems to keep pulling higher up the revs now, instead of dyeing off like it did before.

Peak @ the wheels is 92.3bhp which is 117.4 @ the fly @ 5578rpm.

Peak torque is 114lb/ft @ 4850rpm

But the peak at the fly is 119.2bhp @ 5900rpm.

Rather a good increase in torque at high rpm for a VTR i think. Before the torque would tale off, but with the dastek on it seems to take another climb just after 4k rpm.

(All done in 4th gear.)

So compare this (new one)...

to this (the old one)

Many thanks to Henry @ Strathclyde Auto Clinic, who did a spot on job with it. Who also fitted the new lambda sensor (why it ****ed up before) and also sorted out the blow on my exhaust.

With the torque the way it is, it feels like a 2nd cam comes in at 4k and it pulls harder. Love it now

Maybe its just my head but the car seems louder too. (Or maybe i was just booting it all the way back form Irvine )

I dont know from the lambda graph if the peaks are running lean or rich. Can anyone tell me? But i guess if the peaks are the points when running lean, i guess more fuel could be added.

lambda 1.0 as far as I know is a air/fuel ratio of 14:1. rich would be aroun 11.5-12.0:1. lean would be around 14:1.

therefore 0.8-0.85 lambda would be what a turbo car should be running. a N/A car aroound 0.9 lambda.

I would like to point out that you've lost torque between 3500 and 4500rpm. around 4-5 lb ft

I noticed that too.

More things to come, so it can be remapped in the future.
