So the grooves that are parallel to the edge of the wheel should be pointing forwards?

there aint, both sides are identical, back to front, upside down, whatever way u look at it
the inner & outer tyre will also be the same
all directional tyres have an arrow telling u what way they point
unless u've got one inside out

Well if you have one on one side of the car the left hand part of the tread will point forwards... the other way round the right hand side will point forwards.... i think..

not in P6000 case as the left hand side is identical to the right hand side, so it dont matter if you swap them!
trust me on this

Directional tyres should have an arrow telling you which way the tyre should go when travelling forwards. Mine have, Flaken ZE512's.

if you put two of these wheels face up to simulate the driverside of the car
and two wheels face down for the passengerside, u will find the tread direction will be the same

i have recently put p6000's on my corsa, and they are not directional, no matter which way you put them on, they are always facing the right way.

Mine are a BIG improvement on my michelins.... although i have changed the wheels from 13" steel to 14" alloys at the same time so not sure which is hasving the biggest impact, the wheels or the tyres.....
