when i ordered my new camera bout month ago
ordered online......tried to get it for the weekend ordered on a monday.
wednesday comes.......go track the order on there site says order hasnt been processed yet so i call up ask them to cancel it and order over phone......
did that and comes on friday 
they sed the online order was cancelled but i stil got charged on my credit card. called up again to ask them again to cancel it.
jus in time they sed the they jus stopped the order bein sent out.
3-4weeks now and bout 7 calls to ask them to remove it as its made my credit card up to my limit and not bein able to use it.
gona call up again 2mro 
needed my card too to order new shocks as theyre fcked! and my arches r now rubbin

If you go to citizens advice they will help.
Or phone your credit card company and tell them the story..They might help???
Other than that all you can do is keep on at them....
If nothin gets sorted you could always get a solicitors letter to them...

called twice last week
they sed fine we will remove it today.
nxt time il say it better its the 8time iv cald to cancel it
