You could try a relationship with a 16 year old, but it would rarely last. You'll probably get a load of aggro from parents, friends, etc but just get on with it - don't ignore the advice of others, just bear it in mind.

Relationship, a 16y/o girl will be a nightmare anyway, they never have credit on their PAYG, they get phone calls from their parents on the bell of midnight and its never their turn to drive.
Just sex she'll stalk you for months afterwards and end up hating you or going very distant.
I say go for it anyway, it'll be short term however you play it so you may as well get some collective experience.
