How long does it take for bad food to get through your system to give you food poisoning?? The only dodgy thing i can remember eating is today at 1 o'clock

it was a sausage soda from a chippy...doesnt sound bad but they are only reopened again supposedly under new management but the same people are working there so my theory is that they were closed down for health and hygeine reasons then whenever they met the standards they "changed management"
or else i am totally wrong!!
