no it means you get 4X the number of points for being cheeky and speeding past thinking it wont get you. If you were doing more than 2mph over the limit you also go to jail for 2 years.

If there were no lines on your side of the road it probably hasnt got you because it has no indication of your speed

If there are no lines on your side the gatso doesnt know how fast your going. It measures the time it takes for the car to travel a set distance accross the markers on the road to determine your speed.

May of been catching the other driver, they get set off by speed, gatso's normally take 2 pics half a second apart and use these to work out accurately how quick you were going.
In theory both of you could get done if you were both speeding but normally they aint good enough to get ya coming towards them.

thought there was some law which doesnt allow them to take a pic of the car coming towards a camera? anyway, me and my mates used to go thru cameras on the opposite side always settin em off, not once have i received anything from them, this is like over a year or so so surely they must have been workin at some point! id say your sound mate
