yellow is on car adjustable, red is off car adjustable, yellows are much better

in what way do you mean that they are adjustable?

u can adjust how hard they are, soft for motorway driving and wet roads, or hard for caining it round corners, they are brilliant. the reds are a pain in the arse cos it will take hours too adjust them, yellows take 5 second to do as u get a knob, very qucik and easy

some suspension are height adjustable, some are damper adjustable and some are both

ive been quoted £360 for a set of Koni "Yellow" lowering kit]
is this a good price or should i shop around?

good price, the front shocks alone cost £95 each.
ive got the yellows on my corsa and they have amazing grip levels. ps they have more grip on the medium / softer settings, u just get more body roll

http://www.larkspeed.com do the koni adjustables kit for £315 and you get a free set of bump stops. Not sure if its the reds or yellows though. Take a look and see.
