went to tax my car this mornin

but my reminder had my old reg on as i changed it after id got it through and the wankers at the post office wouldnt tax it

when i phone dvla i just leave it on speker phone ignoe all the recorded stuff eventually someone answers

kerry you should be able to tax it if the log book has got your new reg on it..you only need either the reminder or the log book..

i suppose this isnt as bad......but even after ive told them three times, they still send me a tax reminder for a 1.4........even tho its a 2.0

and i keep tellin em, and they keep doin it.

so i keep payin 1.4 tax. lol

Hes right...theres a form you fill in at the post office and show them your log book and hay presto you should get a tax disc

oh and i forgot to mention he wouldnt accept my log book either kus dvla had stamped it and wrote re reg and my new reg so i have to go to local office

And the DVLA stamp doesnt make it offical....bloody post office..... they would let my G/F get me tax disc for me before cause it had my name on it WTF soon told them though when I went to get it

have you told the insurance you have changed your plates? cos if you dont even if re registered it invalidates insurance

I went to dvla office to get it all sorted when I got my new reg.

They really do stick to the book now like.
