I got pulled over at 7:30 this morning for doing 1TON13 down the A1. my own fault i know. but the officer said that i will have to appear in court. and sincee i already got 6 points on my licence i cant afford to have any more. (insurance is too high) and ive been driving for 6 years now. Does any one know what the courts are likeley to decied?

3 month ban at least..unlesss you plead that you need your car for work and you will get sacked if you loose your licensee..thats what i did and got 5 points and £250 fine..

you'll get a ban for atleast 9-12 months i reckon with a minimum fine of possibly £500.
