what do u lot reckon to the volkswagon polo? a mate of mine has just bought one and i must admit the bloody thing looks gorgeous ( lowered 50mm, phat 15" BBs Alloys, delocked and smoothed boot).
was seriously thinking of buying one of these as i think they look pukka
what do u reckon?

Nothing wrong with em, and them being a VW makes it worth getting.
am gonna go for something like this, for my next car, golf, polo or audi a3

still gotta a year of my finance outstanding on my current car, but was thinking the best way to do is to start buying the bits now to modify the car with as soon as i get it.
The only problems with the cars that i can see is even for 6 year old example u pay £3500 -£4000!! and the engines are a little weedy.

I didnt think the stats were very good for them? Look nice though.
And the GSi is like 10 years old, so i should hope it would keep up with one

I drive one,pity its the 1.2 though.the strange thing is when changing from 2nd into 3rd around the 4500 - 5000 rpm mark it make a noise similar to a dump valve!! any ideas what it could be??

according to parkers the 1.4 16v is 10.4 0-60 and 100bhp, speed as a corsa 1.416v.
but after seeing some at a recent volksworld show its so easy making these cars look good ( without resorting to adding bodykits) just a nice set of wheels and smoothing)!

It has a hidden turbo charger. It only works if you are German though.
