When you do ask the guy what a 1.2 16v corsa B *should* be regardless of what the handbook says.
And postit upon here for us.
I think somewhere in the region of 100bhp for your car.

100, they r 90bhp standard and that £400 mantzel claims 20bhp on its own so was hoping for a bit more...

it was 121 when I had it rollered at interpro in bristol.
Its the same except a different exhaust manifold, system and air filter. You'd get better power if you stick my airbox on it.
A chip simply to raise the rev limit, or maybe a unichip if you want to pay the extra, depends how much you want to spend really. A janspeed exhaust manifold is a good buy at £170.

miles youre quite right. after cams it might be more ideal, cos standard ecu cant anymore cope. janspeed manifold might be more ideal, helps breath better at that point, since the inletmanifold has been changed.
any suggestions what gains one should expect after manifold?

Thing with cams is that only very mild ones can be used with standard management, so gains will be minimal. You also cant use standard engine management with vernier pullies.
